AUGUSTA, Maine — The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention reported 142 new coronavirus cases on Sunday and one new death.
The number of Mainers with COVID-19 who have died now sits at 703.
The only death reported Sunday was a man in his 50’s from Oxford County.
The 142 additional cases bring the total number since the beginning of the pandemic to 44,634.
The seven-day average for new cases is now at 164.4.
